This year, Kaori-Sensei added a bright new spark to the program. One of her many contributions was to invite a shamisen sensei to perform for the students afterschool. Taking a break from his busy schedule to stop off for a free concert in D5, Baisho Sensei blew us away with his fun, enjoyable style on both the shamisen and the shakuhachi.
