Due to the SARS outbreak and the war in Iraq, last year's homestay between Silver Creek, Homestead HS, and Korakukan HS was cancelled. This year, we renewed our ties in a big way by hosting one of the largest groups from Japan in SCTHJP history. 18 students and 2 teachers joined us for 4 days (with the other 3 days going to Homestead HS's Japanese program). The welcome party was capably arranged by this year's J4 class, who did an outstanding job of welcoming our friends from the Land of the Rising Sun. Yoku dekita, yonensei!!!.
